Forget everything you have ever seen and heard about yoga. Rather than creating classes that are pose-oriented, the Kaiut method consists of subtle movements that work towards easing the aging process. Francisco specializes in treating complex injuries and chronic pain.

So to remain healthy and as pain-free as possible, it is imperative to pay close attention to each individual’s body, to see where there is rigidity and where we need to focus our efforts to slow down the aging process and create more freedom of mind and body. That is central to my approach working with my yoga students of all ages. ”
Francisco is a former chiropractor trained in cranial sacral, polarity therapy, Tibetan Buddhism, and Hatha Yoga. The Power of Marma: healing energetic centers to enhance and expand Yogic practices
Marma are powerful energetic points that when activated can support inner and outer transformation and healing to both the body and mind. This afternoon intensive will introduce you the theory and application of using Marma to balance and heal.
