Arrival
Be on time.
If you are late, please wait until after the opening meditation to quietly enter the room and sign-in.
Keep your voice low in the studio and hallways as a courtesy to students who wish a tranquil atmosphere.
Turn off your cell phone.

Hygiene
Leave shoes outside studio.
Clean feet with wet ones/disinfectant wipes if necessary.
Wash hands and feet before using a studio mat.
Clean studio mat with Mat Cleaner after class.
Practice at home if you are sick and contagious.
Keep pets at home or in car.

Safety
Keep shoes in the hallway and off of the landing at the top of stairs.
Avoid blocking or visiting at the top of stairs.
Take all valuables into the studio.
Read all contraindications for yoga when you sign-in.

Personal Needs
Notify the teacher before class of pregnancy, any injury, or area that needs special care.
Rest during class if necessary.
If you prefer not to receive gentle assists during class, let the teacher know.

Departure
Please assist instructor after class by verifying payment method.
Please put blankets and props neatly away after class.
